Q. How can I make changes to my order?

A. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact Customer Service ASAP! Some pending orders can be cancelled or changed but after an order ships, no changes may be made.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We want you to be more than satisfied with every item you purchase from Aydentyler. Your happiness is our first priority. We will replace or refund any item that is damaged or flawed. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We will not refund for unwanted wines. We will, however, allow the order to be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. Aydentyler is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments. If a purchase is returned for an incorrect address or three failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the additional cost of reshipping of $10.00. We pride ourselves in perfect taste and quality and will take back any wine that does not meet these standards. If you have any questions, please Contact Us. Q. How much do you charge for shipping?

A. Your shipping rate will depend on where you’re shipping your wine to (we ship from our fulfillment center in Orange County, CA) and how heavy your shipment is. Our shipping rates are calculated by our shipping provider, FedEx, and represent the actual cost to ship your items (i.e. we do not up-charge for shipping).

Q. Do I need to be present to receive my shipment?

A. YES! Someone 21 or older must be present to sign for your wine shipment. If no one of age is available, the shipment will be returned. If you have already placed your order and do not think anyone of age will be available to receive your shipment, please give us a call or email us ASAP!

Q. How long will my order take in transit?

A. We are able to ship orders within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order on aydentyler.com. Once your order is handed over to FedEx, you will receive a shipment notification via email with tracking information. Please refer to the handy map below for estimated business days in transit for your shipment based on your location.

Q. Who is your winemaker?

A. Most of our wines (unless otherwise specified) are crafted by Rob Mondavi, Jr. in Napa. Rob is a fourth generation winemaker from the pioneering Mondavi wine family. For Aydentyler, Rob sought to create a portfolio of approachable, everyday wines. Rob sourced grapes from select growing regions spanning California - from Napa Valley to the Central Coast.

Q.Where is your wine made?

A. The majority of our wines are hand-crafted by our winemaker, Mari Wells Coyle in Napa. Our grapes are sourced from premier grape-growing regions throughout California, including Napa Valley, Sonoma, the Central Coast, and Santa Barbara County. WINERY FAQS

How do I visit the winery?

There are limited appointments for the general public. Reservation priority is given to Aydentyler Cause Entrepreneurs and 20/20 Collective Members.

Where is the winery located?

Our flagship winery is located in Rutherford in the heart of Napa Valley.

How much is a tasting?

For the general public, tastings start at $125 per person. Tastings are included with 20/20 Collective Membership.

Are guests under 21 or children allowed at the winery?

Yes, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Are dogs allowed at the winery?

Yes, we welcome our canine friends as long as they are on a leash and accompanied by an adult.

What wine will be served at the winery?

Our Reserve, Iconic, and Estate Collections will be served at the winery.

What are some of the sustainable efforts that the winery will use?

Sustainable practices in both our vineyard and winery help us make high quality wines and provide a healthy and beautiful environment for our guests and team. We recycle all of our wastewater and reuse it for irrigation. We farm our estate vineyards organically and we generate our own drinking water from our well.

What are you doing to ensure safety and health regulations in regard to COVID?

The health and safety of our guests and team is very important to us. Our service has been modified to limit contact at the table and to prevent cross-contamination between guests. Seating arrangements have been reconfigured to ensure a safe distance between parties and utilize our ample outdoor space. We have created a minimum physical distance of 6 feet between guest parties and request that guests keep children and pets in their safe pod while enjoying the winery tasting experience with us. Traffic flow throughout the space has been carefully planned and will be clearly marked to maintain social distancing, including designated waiting areas. SHIPPING

Shipping Transit Time Estimates

The following shipping transit times provided by FedEx are estimates on the number of business days you can expect it to take to ship to your location using “Ground” shipping.

Please note that orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being received; most orders go out next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed and packaged for shipment.

Note: tracking information may not be immediately available due to time difference between order processing and shipping carrier package pickup. Transit times shown below reflect estimated business days. If your shipment falls over the weekend, total ship time may take longer.

Holiday Season Note: During the holidays we recommend padding the transit times by 2-4 days to ship across the United States, due to increased package volume and the potential for weather delays.

We CAN ship wine purchased online or by phone to the following states:

AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY

We CANNOT ship wine purchased online or by phone to the following states due to state laws:

AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, KY, MS, MT, RI, UT

Extreme Weather Shipment Holds

During periods of extreme weather, we attempt to ship wines at the beginning of each week in order to get shipments to you before the weekend. This is to prevent your wines from becoming damaged due to unknown temperature conditions at our shipping carriers’ warehouses. While we always attempt to ship packages within 1-2 business days from receipt of an order, we may have to hold packages during extreme heat or cold until the beginning of the next week or when conditions have improved. Please contact us if you have any questions or like to inquire about a shipment.

21+ Signature Required

Aydentyler is committed to 110% customer satisfaction! If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. If you receive a bad bottle, simply put the cork back in the bottle and contact us via email. We will send out a replacement shipment to you right away.

Returns

You must be 21 years of age to order or receive wine from Aydentyler. Any shipments containing alcohol are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker, and the delivery person is required to ask and review identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address, if no one over 21 will be present to receive & sign for the package.

If you wish to return your wine for any other reason, please Contact Us and we will be happy to help you.

**Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Aydentyler to the purchaser in the State of California and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping it from California to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Aydentyler is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Aydentyler, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
